Faced with rapid enrollment growth, the Surrey School District needed additional classroom and multi-purpose space at Pacific Heights Elementary. Our team delivered a 12-classroom addition with flexible learning areas and outdoor learning environments, constructed with mass timber and advanced insulation to exceed energy code requirements. The project was completed in time for the fall term, providing a modern and welcoming space for students and staff.
