WHO WE ARE
At Eagle Mountain Industries, we are construction professionals first and business owners second. Our leadership team is made up of multi-discipline trades professionals who got our start in the ditch, on the tools, and in the field. Over the years, we worked our way up through supervisory, quality, and safety roles, eventually becoming owner’s representatives for various clients such as BC Hydro, Cenovus Enery, etc. That’s where we met, recognized the gaps in the industry, and decided to build something better—a company built on transparency, fairness, and putting the right people in the right roles.
We deliver both active construction services and project management services with purpose. We’re not just coordinators—we’re builders. From pre-construction planning to hands-on delivery, we offer a full suite of services including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental scopes. Whether managing complex infrastructure builds or self-performing critical scopes with trusted partners, we focus on collaboration, Indigenous inclusion, and delivering work that stands the test of time.
Our work revolves around connecting people—aligning contractors, owners, and Indigenous communities with the right expertise and resources to bring projects to life. Our services, while essential, are secondary to our mission of building relationships, developing capacity, and fostering mutual success.
Creating meaningful collaborations between Indigenous groups, industry leaders, and government bodies.
Supporting workforce development and training opportunities that allow communities to take an active role in major infrastructure projects.
Guiding projects with a relationship-first approach that ensures long-term benefits for all involved.
Bringing expertise in construction management, contract navigation, and strategic project planning to empower communities and businesses alike.
by ensuring Indigenous groups have a seat at the table and a stake in the projects being built on their land.
between industry leaders, project owners, and skilled professionals who are invested in shared success.
so that future projects are led not just by outside contractors ,but by the communities and businesses that helped build them.
by prioritizing people over transactions and building partnerships that go beyond a single project.
